recap

On June 2nd, 2020 Alvin Dedeaux posted a video on his Instagram feed that made us think about racism in America and more specifically, what it’s like to be a black man in our sport.

In this episode, we have what is perhaps the most uncomfortable conversation we’ve had to date on a topic that is red-hot across the nation. We as hosts muddle through as best we can. It is not the conversation we wanted to have, but we felt we must have.

Also – Corrine Doctor (RepYourWater) shares what happened after they posted the “black square” on their Instagram account and how their brand chose to deal with it.
