recap

Cyril Derreumqux is an endurance athlete and a world-record-holding beast.

He recently kayaked the entire Sacramento River from Redding to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge. Listen in as he tells us how he did it, and what he saw along the way.

Also – in the summer of 2016 he embarked upon his biggest challenge to date when he successfully rowed across the Mid-Pacific Ocean from California to Hawaii, as part of a 4-man crew, in an expedition of just under 40 days, earning him and his teammates a Guinness World Record for the fastest crossing of that distance.
