recap

The planned Sites Reservoir project would be located on the west side of the Sacramento Valley, approximately 10 miles west of the rural town of Maxwell, California. The foothill region East of Maxwell has been considered ideal for off-stream water storage since the 1980’s. Jeffrey Sutton General Manager for the Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority (TCCA), joins us to answer our questions and concerns.

We also talk to him about the Red Bluff Diversion dam – don’t miss this jammed packed episode!
