James is the president of the Nor-Cal Guides and Sportsmen’s Association (NCGASA) and a local fishing/hunting guide. The NCGASA is an organization that represents the “Sportsmens Voice” of Northern California. They have appointed regional program managers throughout California that represent the voice of anglers, hunters and guides within their region’s community.
